To support our customers and to expand our market presence in USA we have established our local offices and Education Centers. To support us on site, we are offering a position to a communicative and open-minded person with very good language and organisational skills.
The workplace is located in our headquarters in Gais with possible business trips throughout North America.
Your mission:
Telephone and in-person support of existing customers
New customer acquisition
Market research and analysis of industry trends
Close interaction with the Marketing department for planning and implementation of customer events and training
Creation and processing of customer orders and sales quotes
Interface between Headquarter and US branches with possible on-site operations
